At Camp Allen Conference & Retreat Center, Courtney had the opportunity to explore her skills in a new way in her first position as a lead designer. She was able to let her creativity and love for illustrating shine, making key decisions for projects including flyers, ads, social media management, apparel, stickers, logos and more. Being at the head of graphic design on the marketing team improved Courtney's ability to take initiative to make aesthetically sound yet practical design choices, managing her time and quality of work, and leading discussions on upcoming projects.
